Western Australia's premier Aesthetic medical conference featuring expert speaker sessions covering everything from skin, to laser to injectables as well as business and marketing. As well as this we have fantastic networking opportunities and hands on cadaver and ultrasound workshops.

  • Dr Lucas de Siqueira

    Dr Lucas de Siqueira is a RACGP fellow general practitioner specialized in skin cancer and cosmetic medicine. Originally from Brazil and having moved to Melbourne in 2012, Dr Lucas started ‘LDS Skin Cancer and Cosmetic Medicine’ and 'Essence Healthcare' and has since become an industry leader in the field of cosmetic medicine.


    Passionate about knowledge and education, he is a Key Opinion Leader and trainer for different Australian cosmetic companies and institutions and runs courses for cosmetic practitioners for dermal fillers, botulinum toxin,Thread lifts, biostimulating fillers and others. 

    Dr Lucas has a focus on pan-facial rejuvenation/facial harmonization and body treatments, incorporating different modalities of cosmetic treatments to achieve maximum facial harmony and optimal results.

    With a strong belief that anatomical knowledge is key for safe injecting, Dr Lucas is an expert in facial anatomy and one of the principal educators for cadaver dissection workshops for cosmetic injectors in Australia and overseas.

  • Dr Tania Romano

    Dr Tania Romano is a biomedical scientist and physiologist, holding a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and a PhD in Physiology from The University of Melbourne. Together with her research group, Dr Romano has authored over 30 original scientific manuscripts, published in many high profile national and international peer-reviewed journals. In addition to her research credentials, Dr Romano was also a senior lecturer and research academic at La Trobe University for over a decade. Dr Romano uniquely combines her academic credentials and biomedical research experience into the field of skincare and aesthetic medicine where she is currently Head of Medical and Education for SkinCeuticals Australia. In this role, Dr Romano is responsible for the creation of the medical and education strategies for the brand, running of local clinical trials, and educating health care professionals and the public about skincare science.

  • Dr Jake Sloane

    Dr Jake was born in London, UK. He spent eight years at university completing honours degrees in both Anatomy and Medicine at the University of Manchester. He then trained for over a decade as a general surgeon and has extensive experience in colorectal, vascular and breast surgery.

    As an  entrepreneur, in 2008 Dr Jake also completed his first facial aesthetic course and set up a small, boutique service seeing patients in London. He moved to Sydney in 2015 to continue his surgical training but two years later left hospital medicine to finally dedicate his time to aesthetics full time.

    He works at two clinics in Sydney and has become a globally-recognised practitioner and educator. He has 17 years of injecting experience and in addition to his clinical practice he has formal training roles:
    - Global Speaker for Allergan Aesthetics
    - International speaker for Rejuran

  • David Segal

    David has been involved in the aesthetics  industry since 2007. He started importing lasers from China before co-founding the hugely successful Cosmos clinic.

    He was then invited to become the General manger for Laser Clinics Australia, now the world's largest chain clinic with over 250 locations.

    Turning his attention to the surgical world, in 2012 David then co-founded The Cosmetic Institute (TCI), another industry disruptor that became Australia’s largest and fastest-growing cosmetic surgery clinic brand.

     Over the next decade David became the owner of four laser and skin clinics, employing more than 70 therapists and injectors at its peak.

    In 2022 David sold his clinics to focus on becoming a business mentor for clinic owners and injectors. 

    Whilst non-medically trained, David is  fiercely passionate about the aesthetics and its ever expanding  intersection with wellness. He authored “Skin - The Essential Australian Guide”, published by Fairfax Media.

    David is also an internationally-recognised Bonsai tree artist and his work is often showcased at Australian as well as global exhibitions.

  • Amy Wright

    Amy Wright is a cosmetic nurse, clinic director, educator and mentor with more than thirteen years injecting and eight years leading a multi seven figure cosmetic medical practice. She is known for her refreshing honesty, her calm delivery, her deep understanding of patient psychology and communication, and her willingness to share what most people in this industry keep behind closed doors.

    She has taught injectors, dermal clinicians, practice managers and business owners across Australia, and has spoken at conferences, panels, workshops and advanced training events. Amy brings a rare blend of clinical experience, operational insight and grounded humanity to every stage she steps onto.

  • Dr Michael Zoran

    Dr Michael Zoran is an aesthetic doctor and educator. With a passion for helping his clients achieve their desired look, Dr Michael Zoran takes a personalised approach to each treatment, prioritising safety and comfort.

    Dr. Michael Zoran is certified by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency, having earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Melbourne, medical degree from Deakin University as well as further studies in medical professional education with the University of Notre Dame.

    Dr. Michael Zoran is also an educator in the field, having taught numerous aesthetic doctors, surgeons, nurses and dentists through his own private academy and through other well established Australian training organisations.

  • Dr Fane Hu

    As a national trainer and teaching instructor with Derma Medical, one of the leading institutions in Aesthetic and Cosmetic Medicine, Dr. Fane is at the forefront of the latest techniques and innovations. His approach focuses on non-invasive facial aesthetic treatments, with extensive experience in volumisation, smoothing, and bio-stimulation to enhance your natural beauty.

  • Dr Charles McKibbin

    Dr. Charlie completed his Specialist GP training in Scotland and has been awarded a Recognition of Extended Skills in Dermatology by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He is privileged to be one of only 13 GPs in Australia with this recognition.

    Dr. Charlie has been practicing medicine for nearly 20 years and developed an interest in skin health early in his training at the University of Dundee. His passion for science also led him to intercalate a Molecular and Cellular Biology science degree with his medical studies, giving him skills and insight into the role of active ingredients on the skin at a cellular level.

  • Hayley Anderson, NP

    Hayley is a highly experienced Primary Health Care Nurse with over a decade of clinical experience and a special interest in dermatology and integrative skin health. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Curtin University in 2014, Hayley began her career in acute surgical and medical nursing before transitioning into primary health care, where her passion for preventative and patient-centred care truly flourished.

    She has since completed Graduate Certificates in both Primary Health Care and Community Nursing, as well as Cosmetic Nursing through the Australian College of Nursing. Further advancing her clinical expertise, Hayley has attained Professional Certificates in Women’s Health and Skin Cancer Medicine.

  • Dr. Gavin Chan

    Dr Gavin Chan is a medical practitioner who founded the Victorian Cosmetic Institute in 2004. With over two decades of clinical experience, he has focused his practice on non-surgical approaches to skin ageing, including cosmetic injectables, laser resurfacing, and skin rejuvenation. His approach prioritises natural-looking outcomes, patient safety, and long-term skin health.

    Earlier in his career, Dr Chan was a trainer for cosmetic pharmaceutical companies, gaining deep technical knowledge of aesthetic products and procedures. This experience gave him valuable insight into both the benefits and limitations of industry-promoted treatments. Today, he chooses to remain independent of commercial affiliations and is a strong advocate for ethical, evidence-based practice.

    As Medical Director, he leads the training and development of doctors at the Victorian Cosmetic Institute, ensuring the team remains at the forefront of the field. He also hosts the Institute’s YouTube channel, where he shares detailed educational content on cosmetic treatments. His aim is to empower patients with clear, unbiased information — cutting through marketing hype and common misconceptions.

    Dr Chan is committed to raising industry standards and fostering a culture where cosmetic treatments are used thoughtfully, safely, and with integrity.

  • Dr. Ian Chinsee

    Dr. Ian Chinsee is a cosmetic doctor whose primary focus is cosmetic breast surgery, blepharoplasty and cosmetic medicine. He is registered with the Medical Board of Australia and is a Surgical Fellow of the Australasian College of Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine (ACCSM).

    Dr. Chinsee graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2002 with Bachelor of Science in Psychobiology, before he went on to complete his medical degree at the University of Queensland, graduating in 2007.

    After six years of work in QLD Health hospitals, he undertook two years of advanced surgical training with ACCSM, where he was awarded the prestigious Colin Moore Gold Medal Award for Excellence.

    Dr. Chinsee performs a range of aesthetic treatments, both surgical and non-surgical, focusing on the breast and face. He is actively involved in research activities in collaboration with scientists and other clinicians to advance the field of cellular medicine and its application within the aesthetic industry.

  • Dr David Kosenko

    David graduated from Monash University in 1987 and owns Impress Cosmetic Medicine in Melbourne. He also works in General Practice focusing mainly on skin problems, including skin cancers, GP dermatology and women’s health, especially the impact of menopause on the skin and well-being in general.

    He enjoys teaching medical students, supervising general practice registrars as well as mentoring cosmetic doctors. He has presented at the Non-Surgical Symposium, Cosmedicon, CosDoc and as well as a variety of workshops and is an examiner for the CPCA. He is a KOL for several pharma and device companies.

    David is passionate about promoting best practice, ethical standards and safety in the healthcare sector.

  • Kelly McChord NP

    Kelly has more than 15 years experience in cosmetic medicine/nursing and has been an Endorsed Nurse Practitioner for over a decade. She is a Clinical Trainer for Merz Aesthetics and Alocuro PRP and has completed her Professional Certificate in Skin Cancer Medicine and Primary Certificate in Menopause & Women’s Health.
